A brief daytime activity may need a simpler arrangement than a long event with performances, vendors, meals, or repeated attendance peaks. If the site covers a large area, one cluster of restrooms may not be convenient for everyone; distribution can matter as much as the total number of units. Accessible accommodations should be included early if the event needs a larger portable restroom option. Handwashing stations are worth considering near restrooms, food service, and hands-on activity areas where permanent sinks are not available. Event planners should also think about vendors and staff, who may arrive before guests and remain after the main activity ends. Include setup and teardown needs in the rental conversation. A clear timeline, attendance estimate, and site description give a provider the information needed to discuss restroom types and quantities that fit the event rather than relying on a generic package.

Identify where guests park, enter, gather, eat, and leave, then choose locations that are easy to reach without disrupting those activities.
